Cookie Ladies Gourmet Cookie Company began as a mother-daughter team in February of 2000. Baking cookies in a rented kitchen in downtown Pueblo, Colorado, these two ladies sold a small variety of cookies at various locations two days a week. After less than a year, plans were made for a commercial kitchen of their own and an expanded delivery area. In the summer of 2007, Cookie Ladies relocated to a beautiful store front overlooking Pueblo's historic Riverwalk. In celebrating their 7th year of business, the Cookie Ladies added premium ice cream and gourmet coffee to their downtown Bake Shoppe. Their recipe for their success is simple...they make cookies the old fashioned way--with real butter and fresh quality ingredients.
